The Input Output (IO) technology company specializing in developing the Cardano Network will launch a program in Argentina that aims to form new talent in the cryptocurrency sector.
This initiative will be implemented in collaboration with TXPIPE development companies.aims to attract, train and support decentralized technology developers through Argentina and Latin American blockchains.
In a statement sent to Cryptootics, as part of the alliance, Buenos Aires’ IO office will be the centre of technical activitiesworkshops, hackatons, and developer-only meetings.
This activity will be responsible for TXPIPE, using its proprietary development kit, TX3, to promote learning and incorporation of new engineers into the Cardano ecosystem.
In addition to educational activities, collaboration will provide greater participation of the TXPIPE team at the IO office and a collaborative community event, including one focused on Midnight, a privacy protocol developed by IO.
“We are pleased to partner with Txpipe,” said Charles Hoskinson, CEO of IO and Cardano Creator. In his opinion, his team represents Argentina’s best developer community, so he believes that together they are laying the foundation for sustainable growth of the ecosystem.
Hoskinson claims to be one of the co-founders of the Ethereum Network. The collaboration also fulfills the vision of making Buenos Aires a “local crypto centre.”
From the company, they point out that in recent years Argentina has established itself as a fertile land for the development of cryptographically active solutions thanks to a combination of talent, culture of innovation, and economic contexts that promote the quest for decentralized alternatives. According to the IO, these factors make the country a strategic commitment to sector growth.
TxPipe’s Santiago Calmuega, Colorado, also highlighted the potential for collaboration.
Meetings are held every 4-6 weeks. IO provides space, logistic support and international visibility through official channels, while TXPIPE will be responsible for educational content and technology organizations.
Charles Hoskinson’s trust in Argentina is so high that in his recent virtual participation at the Peruvian Blockchain Conference 2025, the founder of Cardano emphasized the country as an important example of digital assets adoption, suggesting that it be the first example of eliminating central banks in favor of a residential solution.
